🧠Allow your mind to be distracted by doing habitual tasks that don't need you to really "think". This will allow your subconscious to be more available to you...even if you aren't actively creating you'd be surprised at how your creative mind is working for you in the background, if you let it.
😍Get that dopamine (happy hormone) flooding your brain.
Here are some of my favourite mind relaxing, dopamine triggering productivity breaks:
1. Being in nature...fresh air and sunshine☀️
2. Exercising - getting my heart rate going
3. Taking a warm shower🚿
4. Listening to music
5. Going for a drive
